Systems are complex. People are too. And most traditional approaches to organizational change don’t fully reflect that reality.

I work with leaders and organizations to design more effective, human-centered systems by combining research, coaching, and the science of practice wisdom. My goal is help move beyond surface-level or reactive solutions and instead, build sustainable approaches that work for the people most impacted.

For over 15 years, I have been partnering with non-profit, community-based, corporate, and government organizations to understand what’s working, what needs to change, and where to focus – and translate these insights into meaningful action. I believe that when organizations understand what truly supports the well-being of their people, they make better decisions – not only for performance, but for well-being, alignment, and long-term impact.

My Approach

My approach is people centered, research-driven, responsive, and actionable.

I support clients across the full continuum of system change – from designing research and evaluation systems, to interpreting findings, to building internal capacity for sustained improvement. I aim to ensure leaders and teams have the insight and support they need to make wise decision, confidently. I am Birkman-certified which allows me to help leaders and teams better understand the behaviors, motivations, and perceptions that impact collaboration, communication, and effectiveness in the workplace.
